Over the last year I have been dealing with health issues related to running, or so I thought. I would run long distances and would come home and the pain would hit. I would curl up on my bathroom floor and hold my stomach for hours on end. I tried to self diagnose for many months, thinking I ate too soon or not soon enough, I was dehydrated, etc. I couldn’t figure it out so it drove me to the one place I can’t stand the most, the Doctors. The diagnosis: Celiac Disease. I took quite a few months off (6 in total!) from running (I was afraid of the pain and had a brilliant idea that I should finally listen to my body), and just recently started easing back in to it. Running was something I didn’t expect to fall in love with (after all, I’m a basketball player, not a runner). The SPIbelts have made my comeback seamless. Being able to carry my runnings goos to coat my stomach in the middle of a run or being able to have water along my way to stay hydrated have eased my fear and am able to be completely prepared to avoid tummy issues altogether.
Other things I carry in my SPIbelts:
-If you run in shorts, instead of carrying your keys in your pocket, avoid the bounce by throwing them into your belt
-If you’re like me and like to grab your latte (or you lucky ones, a BAGEL) on your way home, you can throw in your cash or debit card into the Laufgürtel
-My nose runs, a lot, so its helpful to have kleenex while I’m out there!
-Anyone else’s lips get chapped? Throw in your chapstick to keep them moist on your longer runs

Very cool! I’ve been searching for something like this that isn’t too intrusive. With any other sport I’m a total gear nut, but with running I really like to run with as little as possible. This belt seems like a really good addition for runs. Thanks for doing this!
I want to win! Do they come in different colors/patterns?
Would def love to win this it will def help getting back into the exercise scene….

I hope I win!
My 17 year old neice runs everywhere and in marathons. It helps with her stressful life.
Get me moving a little more!!!!!!
I want to try the SpiBelt because I’ve tried other running belts like the flipbelt and I HATED them. They caused my shorts to ride up my entire last half marathon. Ugh! I don’t think the SpiBelt would be that intrusive and I really need to find a way to carry my huge iPhone 6plus on runs.
